Texas A&M Slides Into The 2019 NCAA Baseball Tournament

College baseball fans will have plenty to cheer about during the upcoming 2019 NCAA Tournament beginning on May 31st and wrapping up later in June. For those backing Texas A&M, some Aggies fans were disappointed with their offense (or lack thereof) with some of the poor performances coming from their batters earlier in the season. But now that they've made it to the playoffs, we will all be watching on the edge of our seats to see how it all turns out on the field to find out who comes out on top of this highly-anticipated tournament.

A&M batting coaches need to literally step-up-to-the-plate to ensure they don't repeat recent episodes of some disappointing losses like being shutout by Georgia and later landing a goose egg against Ole Miss in an elimination game in the SEC Tournament. However, during an appearance in their hometown of College Station, the Aggies were able to pull off a winning series against Vandy back in March.

The first time we'll be seeing the A&M at-bat will be when they're matched up against Duke and hopefully, they won't strike out on the road against the Blue Devils beginning on May 31st. Joining these two teams at the Morgantown Regionals, they'll be playing at 4:00 in the afternoon on ESPN with West Virginia taking on Fordham later at 8:00 p.m. on the same network.

Looking at this prospect from a more positive perspective, when the Texans survive double-elimination early in the series, Aggies fans will happily watch their team take the show-on-the road before returning home with the championship title in June.
