Limited spaces remain for Fall 2020!
Summer is the season of baseball. Fans in the stands, players on the field, and the warm summer air on your face. It's the perfect way to spend a summer evening. Whether you're catching a professional game or supporting your local team, baseball is America's favorite pastime, so why not make it yours?
If you're spending your summer hanging out in your apartments near Texas A&M, then you're just down the road from an excellent opportunity to watch some local baseball. College Station is home to the Bryan College Station Brazos Valley Bombers, and their summer league is happening right now. There's still time to get in on the action, too, but you need to act fast. There are only 13 more games left this season.
Bomber baseball began in 2006 and became the area's only sports franchise. They were inspired by the original Brazos Valley Bombers, whose inaugural season was sixty years prior. Although professional baseball didn't stick around in College Station, The Texas Collegiate League made sure to provide a minor league feel that would give the best professional prospects from colleges around the country with a chance to play summer ball.
Ready to take in a game? Tickets can be purchased online and are as low as $5. The stadium is located at 2200 Bomber Drive in Bryan. The season began May 31st and ends on August 9th, with playoffs the following week. Just remember, the next home game is coming up on Saturday, July 27th and there are only a few more weeks to catch a game, so act fast! Here's a quick rundown of their upcoming home games for reference:
