Rise Above The Competition
Here at Rise, we offer our residents a wide variety of floor plan options to choose from, ranging from one-person studio apartments to six-bedroom apartments. Within each floor plan are some different bedspace options.
Terrace-level units are our standard unit, found from floors 6 to floor 13. There are no additional level upgrades associated with terrace-level units.
Aerial-level units come with a superior view and televisions in the bedrooms, as well as the usual living room television. Aerial upgrades are $50 per month for one-bedroom and two-bedrooms, and $30 for four-bedrooms. Aerial units are from floor 14 to floor 16.
Penthouse units are all on the 17th floor, and come with all previous level upgrades, as well as memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms. The only 17th-floor floorplans which do not include the penthouse premiums baked into the rate are the B1 and S1 penthouse, which would be an additional $75/month.
All lease agreements are by the bed and per person, and each resident will be held individually responsible for his/her rent.
When filling out applications as a group, please keep in mind that every four-bedroom has TWO private units (bathroom attached to the room, $55/month more) and TWO standard units (bathroom detached, no additional charge). Please be mindful to discuss with your group which of you would prefer the standard rooms and which of you would prefer the private rooms before you complete your applications.
