Our off campus community provides residents with plenty of floor plan options, including one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom apartments, and six-bedroom apartments. Residents can whip up five-star meals in their gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, or get a great night’s sleep in their plush, full-sized beds. Our apartments have open-layout living rooms with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen, smart TV mounted on the wall. Modern fixtures and hardwood-style flooring throughout the apartment add just the right touch. Our individual housing contracts start in August and end in July, aligning with the Texas A&M University academic calendar — students can move-in to their brand new, TAMU apartments before the beginning of the fall semester and move-out just as the summer semester ends. Residents complete a comprehensive questionnaire asking about habits, hobbies, class schedules, and lifestyle preferences, and our team takes these answers and matches students with residents who have similar interests.
