Cramped and outdated on-campus living is a thing of the past — Rise at Northgate is a community of brand new, upscale, and close to TAMU apartments that fits every student’s needs. Aggies love our open-layout, furnished apartments with top-of-the-line features and finishes, including private bedrooms and bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, and ample storage space. Living off campus fosters important skills needed well beyond a student’s time in college, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and paying bills. Our apartments are conveniently located across the street from the Texas A&M campus and a plethora of dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreation hotspots.

Unlike some apartment communities in College Station, we offer individual housing contracts for added peace of mind. Individual housing contracts mean students are only responsible for their monthly installment payments, not those of their roommates. Contact us to learn more about our individual housing contracts.

Discover next-level living built especially for students. Residents have exclusive access to community amenities for both work and play. These include a rooftop sundeck with a resort-style pool, plenty of lounge seating and BBQ grills for a cookout; an expansive fitness center and yoga studio with state-of-the-art cardio machines, free weights, and room to work out; a high-tech study lounge with PCs, Macs, and printers; a serenity spa and steam room for after-class relaxation and stress-relief; and a resident lounge so students can hang out with friends and play games, among other on-site amenities.

Living here is all-inclusive! Monthly installment payments include cable, high-speed Internet, trash, and access to on-site amenities.

Our individual housing contracts span a total of 12 months, starting in August and ending in July. This aligns with the Texas A&M University academic calendar so students can move-in before the start of the fall semester.

Residents can either pay online using our easy-to-use resident portal or drop off a check in-person at our leasing office. We also give residents the option to set up automatic payments, so making payments on time is a breeze.

We offer roommate-matching services for all residents, whether they’re just starting at Texas A&M or brand new to the area. During the application process, students fill out a detailed questionnaire asking about their hobbies, habits, lifestyle preferences, and any other necessary information, which is then used to match residents.

Yes. All of our residents must have guarantors for their individual housing contracts to make sure financial obligations are met. Potential guarantors must meet minimum income and credit requirements, and sign the guarantor addendum to each contract. If an applicant is not able to provide a qualified guarantor, we require that applicants submit an additional security deposit to reserve their spot in our TAMU off campus housing community. Contact our leasing office to learn more about guarantor requirements for Rise at Northgate.
